Return & Refund Policy – Huntbreath Perfume (Pakistan)

At Huntbreath Perfume, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should be in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Note: Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if it’s damaged, incorrect, etc.)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:Opened or used perfumes.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Customized or limited edition products 
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Please note: Bank or payment provider delays may apply.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
